Borgo Egnazia
The Borgo Egnazia resort is located near the archaeological site of Egnazia, in Savelletri, Fasano. A splendid masseria built from scratch in the Apulian countryside, dominated by centuries-old olive groves and overlooking the Adriatic Sea, it has won the title of ‘the most beautiful hotel in the world’.

Our consultancy for the group was aimed at the development of the innovative ‘Pastaria’ format: for the first time, a new concept of fast food was brought into an Autobar: pasta is prepared express, shaken with the respective sauces specially created by chef Andrea Ribaldone, and then served in a modern container and consumed in store or take-away.
